The Warehouse
A key strategic choice is to stock a large quantity of raw material. Thanks to our sheet metal cutting systems, we are flexible and we can quickly fulfil orders for all types of tools, while ensuring high and consistent steel quality.

Production
This is the beating heart of the company, we are proud of having over 40 machining centres — mostly of them 5-axis — and highly skilled operators, supported by a technical office dedicated to CNC programming.
Innovation
Technologies
With a large fleet of next-generation machines, we can meet even the strictest tolerances, working with increasingly complex and precise profiles. In addition to induction hardening machines, we also operate two state-of-the-art laser hardening machines. These capabilities allow us to treat tools or machine parts ranging from a few millimetres up to 8 meters in length with extreme precision. We are also equipped to carry out surface treatments such as sandblasting in-house.
Reliability
Testing
After assembly and laser marking, every product undergoes a final quality inspection. This final step concludes a series of self-checks performed by each operator directly at the machine throughout the entire production cycle.
