The company offers an on-the-job training and integration pathway where the candidate will develop the required skills for the role through hands-on mentoring and direct application of their theoretical knowledge.

Posizione

As a CNC Machinery Programmer, you will be responsible for translating technical designs into machine instructions (CAM/CNC), optimizing cycle times, tool paths, and product manufacturing quality.

Specifically, you will:

·       Provide support in creating and modifying CAM/CNC programs

·       Assist with work cycle simulations and tool path verification

·       Support the creation of software libraries related to programs and products

·       Participate in and provide technical support for operator training on machine programs

·       Produce reports on machine cycle time analysis and improvement proposals

·       Support optimization activities for existing programs and equipment

·       Enter data into the company management system

Requisiti

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required

Preferably degree in Mechanical and/or Computer Engineering

Knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software (e.g., EdgeCAM)

Theoretical knowledge of CNC machinery and their operation (Lathes, Grinders)

Basic knowledge of at least one machine language (e.g., Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens)

Good technical drawing reading skills and knowledge of production technologies
